Solidifi Notary Network

Solidifi Notary Network used to be the jam. But what the heck happened to them? I mean they were cranking out Amerisave loans left and right and paying a solid $110 per signing. Complete with a downloadable app you can save on your phone and get notifications, I haven’t gotten a notification in over a year.

Matter of fact I think the last time I tried I couldn’t even log in to any of their stuff. Admittedly, my business has grown significantly and I’m in no need of the Solidifi notary signings anymore,  for notary jobs but seriously, are they even still in business? I guess anything I can find on the internet shows that Solidifi still exist but I’ve also discussed with many other notaries in my network who have also been ghosted by Solidifi. Hopefully they make a comeback because they were pretty good to work for and had pretty steady signings and notary jobs. Maybe Amerisave was their only lender and sense that market has dried up they have found themselves in a bit of a pickle.

Quote on Solidifi’s Site:

” Our independent notary network delivers best-in-class customer satisfaction ratings. They’re committed professionals who go above and beyond for both the lender and the borrower. Solidifi rewards notaries who strive to provide an extraordinary experience. With the nation’s largest lenders as clients, Solidifi can offer top-performing notaries on our network more exposure and more assignments.”

Never the less notaries are welcome to join our growing signing service as we have figured out how to recession proof the business! For those lenders, title & escrow looking for a “mom & pop” signing service agency, you’ve come to the right place as well. We will give your closing the personal touch it deserves!

BlueNotary Review: The Sad Truth

At the time when I wrote my book “Digital Pen”, I was the current flavor of the week, blue notary, since most remote online notary companies are out for themselves. True to form, blue notaries have failed to stand the test of time and have inevitably shown their true colors…

In light of this, bluenotary, like most remote online notary platforms, has a subscription model for notaries to use their platform, along with a lot of hidden upcharges that will be tallied up during the process of conducting business. In general, whatever platform you’re on is pretty screwed, so you want to find one that screws you the least. Ideally, you want to maximize your profit margins.

During my time as a notary entrepreneur, I frequently use Blue Notary on a month-to-month basis and sometimes even delay the renewal of my monthly membership if I don’t have adequate scheduled volume, since this reduces costs and maximizes profits. When I first encountered Blue Notary, I decided to subscribe to a monthly subscription since I prefer to bill my clients and customers outside the platform, which requires membership.

When I tried to get a monthly membership, I got invertedly charged for an annual membership, or possibly even through no fault of my own. In most cases, this is a non-issue, but as a notary entrepreneur who sells and instead offers subscription-based memberships, I am fully aware of the process. Similar to how BlueNotary operates, I use Stripe as an integration payment gateway.

Bad Reviews Amuck On Trust Pilot

If, for example, one of my directory subscribers accidentally bought an annual membership and requested a refund, and preferred a month-to-month subscription, I would simply one-click refund and stripe and instruct them to choose the monthly payment option on the payment portal. It is hard for me to imagine why any business would not want to retain a lifetime customer and use flexible billing options.

Blue Notary may boast no customer support and opt to not provide refunds on their annual charges, yet if you do a quick search on the likes of TrustPilot, Facebook, or the BBB, it quickly becomes apparent that I’m far from the first to have fallen for this lackluster ‘company policy’. What’s even more mind-boggling is the lack of integrity displayed by this company. Most businesses with a view towards expanding prioritize their customers’ lifetime value over short-term gains – gone are the days when ‘making a quick buck’ could be sustained in the digital era of 2023. Poor service reputation spreads fast and wide!

As “Ty” states, they don’t provide refunds in these situations. This raises the issue of what (if any) conditions can you expect a refund for? My – and other people’s – experience serves as a useful lesson for potential or aspiring Online Notaries. Fortunately, I have the financial freedom to decline the $300 fee and not go back out of principle. However, that would present a huge challenge for a single mom seeking to make extra money from home as an RON notary. A situation like this would be terribly unfair.

Taking that into consideration, notaries should be cautious when dealing with these unscrupulous notary online platforms, like Blue Notary.

I’ll be reviewing Panda Doc as I migrate my service and clientele to it. Stay tuned!

Mama Bear Legal Forms Vs Legal Document Preparer

Get ready to discover an easier way to handle your legal needs while ensuring that your loved ones are taken care of when it matters most. So let’s dive in and uncover the power of Mama Bear Legal Forms!

What are Momma Bear Legal Forms?

Mama Bear Legal Forms are an online resource for parents who want to take control of their legal needs. Imagine having access to a wide range of customizable legal documents right at your fingertips, without the need for expensive attorney fees or complicated paperwork. With Mama Bear Legal Forms, you can easily create essential documents such as wills, powers of attorney, and living trusts. But how do they compare to a legal document assistant or virtual paralegal?

These forms are designed specifically with families in mind, ensuring that you have the peace of mind knowing that your loved ones are protected. Whether you need to designate guardianship for your children or establish healthcare directives, Mama Bear Legal Forms has a host of boilerplate documents.

One major advantage of using Mama Bear Legal Forms is the convenience factor. You don’t have to spend hours scheduling appointments and meeting with attorneys – everything can be done online from the comfort of your own home. Some of these forms are easy to understand and navigate through, making it possible for anyone to create legally binding documents without any legal expertise, however some may require more careful consideration.

Overall, Mama Bear Legal Forms offer an affordable alternative solution for busy parents who want reliable legal protection without breaking the bank or spending excessive amounts on attorney fees.
So how do they measure up to a virtual paralegal service?

What Can A Virtual Paralegal or Legal Document Assistant Do?

Virtual paralegals or legal document assistants play a crucial role in simplifying the legal process for individuals and businesses. They provide valuable assistance by helping to prepare various legal documents, such as contracts, wills, and power of attorney forms.

One of the main tasks that virtual paralegals can handle is gathering relevant information from clients to complete these documents accurately. By conducting thorough interviews and research, they ensure that all necessary details are included in the final paperwork.

In addition to document preparation, virtual paralegals can also assist with filing and organizing important legal forms. This not only saves time but also ensures that everything is properly documented for future reference or potential disputes.

Furthermore, virtual paralegals can help with drafting correspondence letters and other written communications on behalf of their clients. Whether it’s addressing an issue with a landlord or sending a demand letter to resolve a dispute, they have the expertise to draft professional and persuasive written materials.

Another area where virtual paralegals excel is in providing support during trial preparations. They can organize case files, conduct research on relevant laws or precedents, and even assist attorneys during court proceedings if needed.

Virtual paralegals are versatile professionals who offer comprehensive support throughout the legal process. Their expertise in document preparation and organization allows individuals and businesses alike to navigate complex legal matters more efficiently while ensuring accuracy and compliance every step of the way.

In consideration of legal forms like those furnished by Mama Bear, you can expect that the forms a paralegal document assistant provides will be compliant with your states bar, laws and witnessing requirements, as well as thorough specificity. Ironically the cost of these are still affordable in comparison to those of a law firm. We at notable notary can prepare your legal documents with speed, precision and affordability. Service you just can get at mama bear!

Execute Legal Forms with Witnessing & Notarization

Executing Legal Forms with Witnessing & Notarization

When it comes to legal documents, proper execution is crucial. Whether you are creating a power of attorney or any other legal form, ensuring that it is properly witnessed and notarized adds an extra layer of authenticity and legality.

Witnessing:

Having witnesses present during the signing of a legal document serves as evidence that the signing was done willingly and without coercion. Witnesses can attest to the fact that all parties involved were competent and understood the contents of the document. This helps prevent any future disputes or challenges regarding the validity of the document. Many documents, require 2 witnesses to be valid as well as a notary. We at noble notary can assist with your documents witness requirements!

Notarization:

Notarizing a document involves having a notary public verify your identity and witness your signature. The notary public will also affix their official seal on the document, confirming its authenticity. Notarization adds credibility to your legal forms, making them more enforceable in court if necessary. We can provide mobile notaries and online notaries to anywhere in the US, to ensure smooth execution.

Mama Bear Legal Forms vs Legal Document Preparer:

While Mama Bear Legal Forms provide templates for various legal documents, they do not offer assistance with witnessing or notarizing these documents. On the other hand, virtual paralegals or legal document assistants can guide you through this process for a similar cost and assist with recording when necessary.

By working with a virtual paralegal or legal document assistant, you can have peace of mind knowing that your legal forms will be executed correctly according to state laws and regulations. They can help ensure that all necessary steps are taken for proper witnessing and notarization.

In conclusion,

While Mama Bear Legal Forms may be convenient for obtaining ready-made templates for various legal documents such as powers of attorney, they do not provide assistance when it comes to executing these forms with witnessing and notarization requirements. To ensure full compliance with state laws and regulations while executing important legal documents like powers of attorney, seeking guidance from a virtual paralegal or a licensed professional who specializes in providing comprehensive support throughout this process is highly recommended.

How Virtual Remote Online Notary Services work

Virtual remote online notary services are a convenient and efficient way of notarizing documents online. This article explains the process of how these services work, providing a step-by-step guide.

    1. Step 1: Verification

Before proceeding with the notarization process, individuals need to verify their identity. This usually involves providing personal identification information and answering security questions. This step ensures the authenticity and legality of the notarization process.

    1. Step 2: Document Upload

After identity verification, users can securely upload their documents to the online platform. These documents could be legal contracts, affidavits, or any other type of document requiring notarization. The platform provides clear instructions on how to upload the documents and ensures their privacy and confidentiality.

    1. Step 3: Video Conference

Once the documents are uploaded, the user will be connected with a notary public through a video conference. The notary will visually inspect the individual and the documents to verify their accuracy and authenticity. The video conference provides an opportunity for the notary to witness the signing of the documents, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

These virtual remote online notary services offer unique advantages, such as convenience and accessibility. Individuals can access notary services from the comfort of their own homes, eliminating the need for physical visits to notary offices. Additionally, these services are available 24/7, allowing users to notarize their documents at any time that suits their schedule.

A true history related to virtual remote online notary services is the rapid adoption of these services during the COVID-19 pandemic. With the need for social distancing and limited in-person interactions, virtual notary services became essential for businesses and individuals to continue their operations and legal processes seamlessly.

In this digital era, ensuring the confidentiality of documents and maintaining the privacy of individuals during notarization procedures is of utmost importance. By leveraging advanced encryption techniques and implementing stringent access controls, virtual remote online notary services can offer a secure platform for conducting legal transactions.

In the realm of virtual remote online notary services, maintaining a high level of safety and security entails adopting measures such as multi-factor authentication and encryption protocols. By implementing these technologies, service providers can mitigate the risk of unauthorized access and protect the authenticity of notarial acts. Moreover, stringent identity verification processes help ensure that only authorized individuals can participate in the virtual notary sessions, further enhancing the overall security of the platform.

Additionally, virtual remote online notary services employ comprehensive audit trails and tamper-evident mechanisms to monitor and record all activities during the notarization process. These records enable the detection and prevention of any suspicious or fraudulent behavior, adding an extra layer of security to the proceedings. Differences between remote online notary and eNotary

Remote online notary and eNotary are two distinct methods of notarizing documents. The key differences between these two approaches lie in their execution and technological requirements.

To better understand the disparities between remote online notary and eNotary, let us analyze them using a comparative table:

Remote Online Notary eNotary
Execution Conducted remotely via video conference Conducted in person or via electronic signature
Technology Requires internet connection, video conferencing software, and electronic signature capabilities Requires electronic signature capabilities
Authentication Remote online notaries are authorized to verify the identity of signers and witnesses remotely eNotaries must authenticate the identity of signers and witnesses either in person or through electronic means
Geographical limitations Notary and signer can be in different locations Notary and signer must be physically present together
Flexibility Provides convenience and accessibility for signers and notaries Relies on signers and notaries being available in the same physical location
