About the Enrolled Agent Credential

An Enrolled Agent (EA) is a federally licensed tax practitioner empowered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Unlike credentials tied to a single state, the EA license is national and carries unlimited rights to represent taxpayers before the IRS — in examinations, collection, and appeals.

You earn the credential by passing all three parts of the Special Enrollment Examination (SEE) and clearing a tax-compliance and suitability background check. This bundle prepares you for every part in one place.

How the SEE Is Structured

The SEE has three parts: Part 1 Individuals, Part 2 Businesses, and Part 3 Representation, Practices and Procedures. Each part has 100 multiple-choice questions (85 scored plus 15 experimental) and a 3.5-hour time limit. Scores are scaled from 40 to 130, and 105 is passing. The testing window generally runs May 1 through the end of February, and a passed part is credited for up to three years while you finish the others. A valid PTIN is required to schedule.

📘 Why this bundle

The questions build genuine understanding with explanations that tell you why each answer is correct, and the domain reviews are weighted to the real exam so your study time goes where the points are. Buying the bundle covers all three parts together instead of one at a time.

Who it’s for

Tax preparers and career changers pursuing the EA credential, and anyone who wants a clear, printable plan for all three SEE parts in one file.

How to use it

Work part by part: read the domain review, answer the practice questions and every explanation, then re-take what you missed until you score comfortably above 105.

Frequently Asked Questions

What buyers ask before downloading the Enrolled Agent bundle.

What’s included in the bundle?

A printable PDF covering all three SEE parts — Individuals, Businesses, and Representation — each with original practice questions and detailed explanations, a weighted domain review, a glossary, and an exam-day plan.

Are these the actual EA exam questions?

No. The SEE is confidential and secured. Every question is original and written to mirror the IRS/Prometric content outline topic areas. None are taken from any live exam.

Is the EA the same in every state?

Yes. The EA is a federal credential issued by the IRS, so the exam and the credential are the same nationwide, with unlimited rights to represent taxpayers before the IRS.

How is the SEE scored?

Each part has 100 questions (85 scored), a 3.5-hour limit, and a scaled score from 40 to 130 — 105 is passing.

Will the dollar amounts always be current?

Tax law changes yearly and the SEE tests the prior calendar year. This guide emphasizes durable rules; always confirm year-specific figures against the IRS materials for the year your exam tests.

How do I receive it?

It’s an instant digital download — a printable PDF that works on phone, tablet, or desktop. Nothing is shipped, and there is no pass guarantee; it’s an educational study aid.
