What we collect
Your answers to the seven quiz questions.
Your first name, last name, mobile number, email address and property ZIP code, if you finish the form.
The page address you arrived from, the time you finished, and your IP address and browser type.
Advertising identifiers set by Meta, if you arrived from a Facebook or Instagram ad.
Why we collect it
To answer your request. Grace Sias calls or emails you about your deed, and nothing else. We also measure which
ads bring real enquiries so we do not waste money showing them to the wrong people.
Who sees it
Noble Notary & Legal Document Preparers staff.
Our hosting provider, which stores the data on our behalf.
Meta Platforms, which receives a hashed, unreadable version of your email, phone, name and ZIP code so it can
match the enquiry to an ad. Meta never receives your answers.
We do not sell your information. We do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for. We do not share it
with other notaries, lenders or attorneys.
How long we keep it
Twenty-four months, then we delete it. If you become a client, your file is kept as long as Florida record-keeping
rules require.
Turning the tracking off
Any browser-level ad blocker or tracking protection stops the Meta pixel. You can also review your ad settings in
your Facebook or Instagram account.
Deleting your details

(321) 283-6452 and say you want your quiz entry deleted. We do it within seven days
and reply to confirm. You do not need to give a reason.
